Thank you for your interest in joining the DBA Basketball Club Teams.  Please fill out the information below to sign up.  We need at least one of the Parents/Guardians information for communication purposes.

 

Here is a break down for fees and other information:

  • Monthly Dues (due on the 1st of the month) – $150
  • Uniform Sets – Contact Coach for pricing and how to order
  • Tourney and League fees are split amongst players (Usual range for a tourney is around $25)
  • We use Stack TeamApp for communication, payments, schedules and more.   (Please look for Dockery Warriors)
  • Payments can be made Venmo (@DBABasketball), CashApp ($DBABasketball), or Zelle (tom@dockerybasketball.com)
